2. Prepaid Services:
Any prepaid services, such as laser treatment packages, are nonrefundable. These services are purchased in advance and are tailored to individual needs. Therefore, they cannot be refunded once the treatment process has commenced.

3. Product Purchases:
Product purchases can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and in a saleable condition. Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment.

4. Service Cancellation:
If you need to cancel an appointment for a service, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Unsatisfactory Services:
We take pride in our services, and our team is committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with a service you have received, please reach out to us within 7 days of the treatment. We will evaluate your concerns and may offer a complimentary correction or an alternative solution on a case by case basis.

6. Disputes and Exceptional Circumstances:
If you believe you have an exceptional circumstance that requires a refund, please contact our clinic manager to discuss your situation. We will assess such cases on an individual basis and aim to find an equitable solution.

7. Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to complete the refund.

8.Offer Validity
Offers are valid only for a limited period as specified in the promotion.
Expired offers will not be honored under any circumstances.
9.Non-transferable
Offers and prepaid packages are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the person whose name is registered at the time of purchase.
10.No Cash Alternative
Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
11.Advance Booking Required
All treatments under offers must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
12.Offer Exclusions
Offers cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, or promotions unless explicitly stated.
13.Eligibility
Some treatments may not be suitable for certain skin types or medical conditions.
Final eligibility will be determined by the dermatologist/skin care expert after consultation.
The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe for the client.
14.Treatment Plan Changes
The clinic reserves the right to modify or substitute treatments within an offer if a treatment is found unsuitable for the client’s skin condition.
15.No Partial Refunds for Unused Sessions
If a package or multiple-session offer is purchased, unused sessions will not be refunded.
16.Pre-Treatment Requirements
Clients must follow all pre-treatment instructions provided by the clinic. Failure to do so may affect the results and void the guarantee (if applicable).
17.Post-Treatment Care
The clinic is not responsible for side effects or results if post-treatment care instructions are not followed.
18.Right to Withdraw Offers
The clinic reserves the right to withdraw or amend offers at any time without prior notice.
